Our pro-rate policy applies only after the scheduled
event begins. We charge from the date you arrive through the final
day of the scheduled event, regardless of when you are leaving.
We do not have daily or weekend rates! We do not allow people
who come to help you set up camp to stay overnight without paying
as outlined in our Visitation Policy.
If you need help setting up camp or hauling horses and it is too
far to make the trip in one day you will need to make arrangements
with one of our local
motels or campgrounds to provide lodging for
your friends or family! Due to the volume of people in attendance
at each event, there will be no exceptions made to this policy!
Pro-Rate Prices per Meal
(To calculate the cost
to you take the cost per meal times the number of meals
you will be staying for. You will be charged through the
last meal served. For example, if you arrive Monday at 10:00
a.m. you will be charged for 2 meals Monday and 3 meals
per day through Friday evening for a total of 14 meals.
14 meals x $12.22 = $171.08 ( plus sales tax per adult)
