WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Reservations
may be cancelled by phone, mail, or email. You may request a refund
of your entire deposit or you may transfer the deposit to another
ride. You are required to cancel your reservation by the deadline
specified for each event. Your deposit is forfeited if you cancel
after the deadline. If you choose to transfer your deposit
to another ride, you forfeit the right to a refund of the deposit.
A transfer may be done one time only! If you are unable
to attend the ride you have transferred to, you will forfeit the
deposit paid.

PLEASE NOTE: When you cancel a reservation
and transfer the deposit to another ride you will receive confirmation
of the change in the mail. If you do not receive confirmation
within a few weeks of your cancellation, please contact us and
verify that the change was made. Don't wait until the day before
you leave to verfiy that you have a reservation!
